QUALIFICATIONS
The principal of Keith & Associates, Inc. has over 25 years combined experience in the recruiting and financial services industry. The financial services experience includes retail, commercial, and trust. We successfully represent and recruit for many of the premier financial institutions in the Southeast, ranging in size from $500 million to $100+ billion in assets. We have made placements in Florida, Georgia, North and South Carolina, Virginia, and Washington, DC. Compensation levels have been up to $200,000+ annually. We successfully serve most areas of banking in recruiting management, staff, and line functions.

We represent clients on a retained and contingency basis or a combination. We have structured flat fees and worked with clients on short term arrangements for a particular need. We have the flexibility to meet most any fee arrangement. We recognize we are all very bottom-line oriented. We provide both price and service.
